Q. Are parents allowed to watch the class?

A. Parents are welcome to sit in on the first class. Once the children are comfortable, we ask that parents drop them off, and then pick them up at the end of class. This helps the children become independent and confident. It also mitigate any risk of a parent taking over the activity from the child which can escalate to boredom, tears or anger for the student and leads to disrupting the class. If you have any concerns or queries about your child’s progress or behavior, please feel free to call the office or speak to the Instructor after class.

Q. What do I do if my child will be absent?

Q. What do I do if my child will be absent?

A. It is important that Young Engineers instructors are notified regarding any planned absences to allay any fears that a child has not arrived as scheduled. This also allows for suitable session planning for participating students. Please call e² Young Engineers on 0449 565 155 or email brisbanemetro@young-engineers.com.au with details of your name, your child’s name and the session they will miss.
